Thank you for choosing ADT and for providing us with your feedback. I’m still giving you guys 5 stars still because I think this is just a bug you guys can fix, and I’ve been enjoying the system. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app two times already. However ON THE COMPUTER, logging into the control center all recorded clips works fine. Everything works fine on the live stream. The 2 backyard cameras don’t play any saved clips at all. The audio from the doorbell works fine but the video is frozen(video actually moves at 12seconds only 1 frame). On the ADTControl app my RECORDED videos do not register well anymore. I have informed the ADT customer service and they’ve sent a tech to my place to try and diagnose everything. Everything was working fine up until 3-4 weeks ago. I have 1 doorbell cam and 2 outside backyard cams. This is from an iPhone XS running on iOS13.7.
I’ve had my security system for about 4 months now. This is a message to the ADT app developers department.
